About Ann Toney

Ann Toney has practiced law since 1984. After many years as a prosecutor, in 2009 Ann went back into private practice to defend people charged with DUI/DUID. Her career in the courtroom has been handling criminal cases and trying jury trials. In addition to trying DUI and DUID trials to juries, she has taken specific training in the defense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI) and Drugs (DUID).
