About LOGAN MANDERSCHEID

Logan Manderscheid founded The Manderscheid Law Firm, PLLC after several years with a prominent criminal defense firm in the Tampa Bay area. Prior to that, he served as a prosecutor in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Pinellas County. Born and raised in Pinellas County, Logan Manderscheid comes from a legacy of defense—his father served the citizens of Pinellas County for over 40 years before Logan began his own practice here. Logan attended St. Petersburg High School, college at the University of Florida, and law school at Stetson University College of Law. After attending law school, Logan became a Prosecutor in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County for several years. As a Prosecutor, he handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to murder. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Logan worked at a local defense firm for two and a half years before founding the Manderscheid Law Firm, PLLC. During this time, he defended thousands of criminal cases, ranging from simple misdemeanors to complex felonies, including financial and violent crimes. Since 2018, Logan has handled over 40 jury trials, and prosecuted and defended thousands of criminal cases.
