About Nima Haddadi

Nima Haddadi is the founding member of The H Law Group, a California criminal defense firm with a focused practice defending individuals accused of driving under the influence and related criminal offenses. Mr. Haddadi was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010 and earned his law degree from Trinity Law School in Santa Ana. Mr. Haddadi began his career in public service, first as a criminal law clerk with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and later as a prosecutor with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office—experience that informs his evidence-driven approach to DUI defense. Mr. Haddadi completed the NCDD Serious Science Advanced Course in Blood Alcohol Analysis & Trial Advocacy (Fort Collins, Colorado). The H Law Group maintains multiple California office locations, enabling representation across major Southern California venues and beyond.
