About John Radziewicz

John Radziewicz deals with imperfections every day. Mistakes made, rules broken, fractures seemingly impossible to fix. He’s got a vintage 1986 Jeep CJ-7, and it definitely has some imperfections. What John loves most about New Orleans is imperfections, too. The decrepit buildings, the heat, the rain, the people. Especially the people. Even John has his own imperfections. He’s made mistakes, and he’s paid his price for them. But John knows that it’s the imperfections that make you appreciate a person, a city, or an old Jeep, and allows us to keep working towards our improvements.

AI in Court Filings: The Ethics Line Between Assistance and Abdication

03/30/2026

By Ryan Katz It is no secret that Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is vastly changing the landscape of many different fields. Generative AI can help lawyers brainstorm arguments, organize...

Oral Fluid Testing: Roadside vs. Evidential Analyses

09/02/2025

Written by Ashley M. Hart As cannabis is being decriminalized in many states, there has been increased interest in rapid roadside tests to detect THC and other substances for intoxicated driving charges.
