About Phil Harvey

Phil was born in Orlando, Florida, grew up in the mountains of North Carolina, and studied law at William and Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virgnia, before settling in Memphis. After more than six year as an assistant public defender for Shelby County, and more than two years at a private firm helping victims of Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Phil opened the doors of Phil Harvey Law, pursuing his dream of being a law firm owner. Phil prides himself on getting the best possible result for each client, whether by pre-trial settlement or jury trial. He does this with a team of top-notch professionals that he has gradually built, and by giving each case the individual attention it deserves.
