About Brennon Mitchell

I have been a criminal defense attorney for nearly a decade, with a strong focus on DWI/BWI defense. After many years of practice between Houston and Beaumont, we relocated the firm to Fort Worth to raise our baby girl. Im one of only an handful of lawyers in the country to have earned the ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist designation from the American Chemical Society and Axion Labs in Chicago Illinois, in the fields of Blood alcohol and Drug testing. We stand ready to defend our fellow citizens, against an often over reaching government, one Texan at a time!
