Having practiced criminal and DWI/DUI defense since his graduation from law school, Derek is an experienced and capable DWI/DUI defense attorney. He has handled approximately 2,500 misdemeanor and felony impaired driving offenses, in addition to a multitude of other cases involving assaults, weapons offenses, sex crimes, white collar crimes, and drugs.
