Sean Black graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1992. He is a long-time member of the National Assoc. of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Assoc. of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is currently the Chair of the Georgia Defenders of DUI Drivers organization. He also serves as an area vice-president for the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has attended and presented at DUI education seminars. He has attended and completed training on Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, Drug Recognition Expert, Intoxilyzer 5000, and blood and urine testing.
