About Brian Patrick Roach

Brian Roach is a third generation trial lawyer, following in the tradition of his father and grandfather. He attended Pasco High School and Seattle University where he majored in Political Science. He was a commercial fisherman for seven summers in Ketchikan, AK, and before returning to Washington to pursue his legal career, Brian worked for Congressman Doc Hastings in Washington, D.C. He received his law degree from Gonzaga University in 2001. Brian is an active member of the Washington State and Federal Bars, the National College of DUI Defense, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Benton-Franklin County Bar Association. For the last twenty years, Brian has focused his practice exclusively in the area of DUI defense and has been responsible for local systemic litigation in the areas of breath and blood testing throughout his career.
