Josh is a Partner in the firm of Hofland & Tomsheck, committed to the representation of those charged with Crimes, focusing his practice on Drunk Driving/DUI/DWI defense. Josh is a former Chief Deputy District Attorney, where he was assigned to the Major Violators Unit of the Clark County (Las Vegas) D.A.’s Office, specializing in violent felonies involving firearms. He has argued cases all over Nevada, including appearing numerous times before the Nevada Supreme Court. Josh’s experience includes serving as the lead trial attorney in the most serious of cases, including Capital Murder, Murder, Attempted Murder, Kidnapping, Robbery, Drug Charges including Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, Habitual Criminal and Gun Crimes.
