About Theodore Lothstein

Theodore “Ted” M. Lothstein is a partner at Lothstein Guerriero, PLLC in Concord, NH where he focuses on criminal litigation in state and federal court, DWI and motor vehicle defense, and appellate litigation. Ted graduated from Duke University, earned his J.D. at the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1993, and then clerked for Associate Justice Robert Berdon of the Connecticut Supreme Court. Ted has defended criminal cases and DWIs in NH courts since his admission to the Bar in 1994. He has also taught CLE presentations on various aspects of criminal and DWI defense before many hundreds of criminal defense lawyers and prosecutors, in CLEs sponsored by the NH Bar, the NHACDL, the NH Public Defender, and MCLE. He was the co-chair and/or faculty member of the NH Bar’s tri-annual DWI Update CLE in 2014, 2011, 2008, 2005, and 2002. He authored the chapters on pretrial motion practice, and appeals, in the MCLE textbook “A Practical Guide to Trying DWI Cases in NH” (2010). He is a graduate of NCDD’s 2010 Summer Session and 2012 Summer Session, and the Science seminar in New Orleans in 2016.
