About Joe Good, III

Joe Good has been practicing DUI Defense for over 14 years. A graduate of the University of Virginia National Trial School, Joe has handled hundreds of criminal cases throughout South Carolina. Attorney Joe Good, III is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Federal District Court- District of South Carolina, and the United States Supreme Court. Recently, Joe completed the National Forensic Chromatography course (twice), the Forensic Drug Analysis course, and the Science of DUI with Drugs at the Axion Labs in Chicago to become South Carolina's first ACS Lawyer Scientist. Mr. Good has helped hundreds of people with criminal infractions ranging in age from high school to college to post-graduates and senior citizens. Mr. Good practices almost exclusively DUI defense. Joe Good is certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the International Association of Chiefs of Police in DUI detection and the administration of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Mr. Good is a 2018 Summer Session Graduate of the Harvard NCDD DUI Trial Advocacy Course.
