About Adam C. Russell

Adam C. Russell is a battle tested criminal defense lawyer. He obtains dramatic not guilty verdicts across the State. He has earned a reputation of taking cases to trial and winning despite high breath test results, serious motor vehicle accidents, and admissions of guilt. Adam's commitment to OUI defense began immediately after graduating from law school in 2010. In 2016, Adam began defending major, complex felonies in both state and federal courts. He is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College Trial Practice Institute in Macon, Georgia. Adam uses and challenges expert witnesses on alcohol testing, forensic DNA typing, firearms, sexual assault interview protocols, and cell site location information.
