About Robert M. Sutton

Robert Bob Sutton is a 1985 Distinguished Military Graduate of The Citadel and a 1993 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to law school, he served five years as a Regular Army U.S. Army Armor/Cavalry officer and attained the rank of Captain. In 1995, Mr. Sutton established the Sutton Law Firm, P.C., in Myrtle Beach, SC. His practice focuses on DUI and criminal defense. He enjoys an outstanding reputation for successfully defending even the toughest of DUI cases, both in the courtroom and through negotiations, as attested to by his superb client reviews. Many of his cases are from word of mouth referrals. He gives every case the personal attention it deserves and he still responds personally to each client phone call.
