Attorney Steven W. Hernandez has been practicing law in New Jersey since 2004. He is among the few attorneys in the state recognized as a Certified Municipal Court Trial Lawyer by the New Jersey Supreme Court and is a Board Certified DUI Lawyer by the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD), as recognized by the American Bar Association (ABA). In Addition he is a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, and the Federal District Court for the State of New Jersey. Mr. Hernandez, limits his practice to almost exclusively DWI. Mr. Hernandez believes that the key to fighting and winning a DWI/DUI case, is training. To that end, Mr. Hernandez has the following training directly related to DWI/DUI Defense - Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor - Successfully complete the Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) course. - Successfully completed the Drug Recognition 7-Day Overview Course - Completed over 120 hours of Forensic Chromatography courses at Axion Laboratories in Chicago, Illinois. He has successfully passed the ACS, Lawyer-Scientist Examination.
