About Craig N Goza

Craig Goza is an attorney at Ramsell & Kunowski, LLC. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri and earned his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in Kansas. While in law school, Craig gained valuable experience through internships, including serving as a legal extern assisting judges with both criminal and civil trials. He also worked as a legal intern under a County Prosecutor, researching the constitutionality of Kansas' implied consent law in relation to recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions on DUIs and the Fourth Amendment. In his final year of law school, Craig worked as a litigation law clerk for the Kansas Corporation Commission, focusing on regulations, statutes, and administrative case law. Additionally, he served as an associate lobbyist and law clerk, addressing public policy issues during the Kansas legislative session. Since graduating in 2017, Craig has worked in various legal roles, including as a prosecuting attorney handling felony and misdemeanor cases and as an attorney at a juvenile office, prosecuting delinquency and child abuse cases. He has also gained experience in private practice, dealing with family law, juvenile law, DUI cases, and criminal defense. Craig's true passion lies in criminal defense, where he is dedicated to advocating fiercely for his clients. He is licensed to practice law in the Illinois Supreme Court, Missouri Supreme Court, and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He is a member of both the Illinois and Missouri Bar Associations.
