Eryk Wachnik is the founder of Wachnik Law LLC and has been practicing law for over 10 years. Eryk concentrates his practice in the areas of traffic, DUI defense and criminal defense. ​Prior to starting Wachnik Law LLC, Eryk served as an Assistant State's Attorney at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office where he prosecuted thousands of felony narcotics and gun cases; DUI and traffic cases and a multitude of misdemeanor cases. Eryk has tried hundreds of cases in Chicago and suburban Cook County.
