About Mark Luebeck
Mark has been practicing Montana DUI defense since 2006. He attended Montana Tech of The University of Montana where he received his bachelor’s of science degree in Occupational Safety and Health with High Honors. He received his law degree from The University of Montana where he served as an assistant editor-in-chief of the Montana Law Review, was a member of the International Law Society, and was elected vice magister of the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. During law school, he served as an intern for the United States District Court for the District of Montana and interned with The University of Montana Office of Legal Counsel. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Scribes Award for administrative achievement as a member of the Montana Law Review. Mark began his legal career serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Sam E. Haddon, United States District Court Judge, in Great Falls, Montana, a prestigious and highly competitive position within legal circles. Mark joined his current firm, Angel, Coil & Bartlett, as a partner in April 2008 and focuses on criminal defense.
