About C. Ryan Cole

I grew up in Richland, Mo., I believe that growing up on a farm, helped shaped me. It taught me how to work hard and to not take things for granted. After finishing law school, I moved back to Springfield and have lived here since. I was hired as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Greene County out of law school. After working there for three years, I began my career as a defense attorney with office of Lawrence Catt. Tyson Martin and myself founded Cole & Martin LLC in 2014. Outside of practicing law, my hobbies include but aren't limited to Mizzou Sports, the lake, and running around after my daughter.

Keeping FSTs Out of a Trial

04/23/2025

Written by Neil Halttunen I want to address a common issue that DWI practitioners are facing, trying to keep FSTs out of a trial.
