Josh is a regular at the nations top DUI seminars. Josh is a “Forensic Chromatography Instructor” for the American Chemical Society. As an instructor he teaches attorneys from all across the U.S. about the science of blood testing.
Josh is also the Forensic Science Co-Chairman for the Chemistry and the Law Division of the American Chemical Society (ACS). The ACS is the world’s largest scientific body. Along with Justin McShane they are in charge of programming and are regular presenters at the ACS national meetings held twice each year.
He is a published author on the science of blood testing as well as breath testing, a nationally recognized speaker on DUI defense related topics, a certified Independent Operator of the Intoxilyzer 5000 and 8000 by the State of Oklahoma, an Instructor of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and trained in the Drug Recognition Expert program.
