Tim Bussey has been practicing criminal defense and personal injury law for over 20 years. His dedication in pursuit of justice and maximum compensation for personal injury victims is matched by his commitment to protect his clients’ legal rights in criminal proceedings.
He has handled criminal defense cases from both sides of the aisle: at the Office of the Area Defense Council at Peterson AFB; as a Fourth Judicial District Deputy District Attorney; and at his private practice, The Bussey Law Firm.
Tim Bussey understands the science behind Colorado DUI cases, being trained in Forensic Chromatography, is an NHTSA Field Sobriety Test Instructor, and certified to use and maintain the Intoxilyzer 5000EN.
