BOARD CERTIFIED BY THE NATIONAL COLLEGE FOR DUI DEFENSE-2005 Chairman Long Range Planning Committee, Research Committee. Bruce Kapsack graduated cum laude from Plymouth State College in 1984. While attending law school at American University, Washington College of Law, he was hand picked to argue a special education case before the United States Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit. After graduating in 1987, he became a Public Defender in the Bronx, where he rose to Senior Trail Attorney in under five years. Mr. Kapsack currently devotes his entire work to DUI defense. He has written many articles on the topic and lectured throughout the United States. Bruce is currently the Author of Innovative DUI Trial Tools and Tactics James Publishing, www.jamespublishing.com and previously wrote the Suplement to California Drunk Driving Defense from 2003 to 2006 yearly updates. Bruce is a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Standardized Field Sobriety Tests Instructor and an owner/operator of various breath testing devices. 1996 Summer Session Graduate; 1997 Summer Session Graduate; 1998 Summer Session Graduate; 1999 Summer Session Graduate; 2000 Summer Session Graduate; 2001 Summer Session Graduate; 2002 Summer Session Graduate and has served on the Board ever since.
