He co-authored Drinking/Driving Litigation four volumes supplemented three times annually. He is the author of the Drinking/Driving Litigation Trail Notebook revised annually and he writes the Drinking/Driving Law Letter bi-monthly newsletter, all West Group publications. They continue to be the most comprehensive and authoritative works covering alcohol related issues in the United States. He is one of the Founders and a former Dean of the National College for DUI Defense. He has lectured on DUI issues in over 125 seminars in more than 25 states, including every NACDL DUI program, 14 of the 17 Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice National Seminars and 5 of the National College for DUI Defense multi-day programs in Boston.
