BOARD CERTIFIED BY THE NATIONAL COLLEGE FOR DUI DEFENSE-1999 BOARD OF REGENTS- 1995-2003 DEAN OF THE NATIONAL COLLEGE FOR DUI DEFENSE- 2002-2003 J. Gary Trichter is one of only thirteen Regents of the National College for DUI Defense, Inc.. Mr. Trichter is co-author of the two volume set of textbooks entitled TEXAS DRUNK DRIVING LAW 3rd Ed., by MicheLexis Law Publishing. He is a nationally recognized author of legal journals 33, a former police officer, and past adjunct faculty member at South Texas College of Law and University of Houston College of Law. Mr. Trichter is past chairperson of the Drunk Driving Committees for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is a former Director for the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and immedate past Dean for the National College for DUI Defense. Mr. Trichter has also represented criminal cases in 20 states and has lectured at over 130 seminars on trial techniques in 15 states including the District of Columbia, British West Indies Grand Cayman and St. Kitts, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Costa Rica, Canada and in Mexico.
