BOARD CERTIFIED BY THE NATIONAL COLLEGE FOR DUI DEFENSE-1999 Membership Committee Mr. Hulnick is a principal in the five-attorney firm of Hulnick Law Offices, P.A., that primarily practices in the area of criminal defense. He is a frequent lecturer on issues related to alcohol-related offenses and has authored the chapter, "The Law of DUI," in the Kansas Bar Associations "Criminal Law Handbook". Mr. Hulnick is a founder and past-president of the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is past-president of the Wichita Bar Associations Criminal Law Committee. He has taught "Constitutional Criminal Procedure" at Presidents College School of Law in Wichita and is the featured guest of a local weekly radio show focusing on legal issues.
