Regent Board Certified by the National College for DUI Defense 2007
Practices drunk driving defense in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Lake Tahoe. Holds an A-V rating with Martindale-Hubbell and is a certified graduate of the Borkenstein Course On Alcohol and Highway Safety. A graduate of U. C. Berkeley and Gonzaga University School of Law. Co-authors a two-volume treatise entitled California Drunk Driving Law with NCDD Fellow Barry T. Simons.
