Rick accepts criminal and DWI cases only. A former Assistant District Attorney, Inspector General and Assistant State Attorney General, Rick holds an LL.M. in Criminal Justice from New York University, as well as Certificates from the Harvard Negotiation Project, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and the Cornell University Institute on Organized Crime. Rick is a Lifetime Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a Sustaining Member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association. He has taught criminal law at the college level and in continuing legal education courses for other attorneys. Rick is also licensed to practice in New York.
