The National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) continues in its Mission to provide the finest advanced level training for DUI defense lawyers. NCDD has expanded the scope of this Mission and is now providing expanded resources to its Members and to the general public. Our Amicus Committee has been responsible for filing two Briefs in the United States Supreme Court dealing with DUI issues of national importance. NCDD is currently in the process of enhancing it’s website to provide up to date analysis of legal issues for the benefit of our Members and the citizens they represent. The Virtual Forensic Library will allow members access to critical scientific literature that is essential to the effective defense of drinking driving charges. Our Brief Bank and Motion/Forms Sections will soon be the repository of the collective wisdom and creativity of nearly 1000 Members.

NCDD has also underwritten, funded and co-sponsored independent research. The Jury Insight Project was conducted by a nationally recognized jury-consulting firm. Their groundbreaking study scientifically analyzed juror attitudes in DUI cases and is part of an ongoing commitment by NCDD to provide its Membership and their clients with every weapon possible to uphold the Constitutional right to a fair trial in DUI cases. We are dedicated to educate lawyers in pursuit of justice.

We welcome citizens who have been charged with DUI to learn more about the laws and penalties you face in our For The Public Section. You will find a link to locate member attorneys qualified to represent you in Court and before the Department of Motor Vehicles.
